Here's Who Makes Us Tick ...

Ever wonder where our wonderful egg salad sandwiches come from? ...Jeanette Basquez … and here’s her story…
When did the first platter of egg salad sandwiches arrive at our Center for Spiritual Awareness … on a Sunday in 1999.
My husband, Harold, had a serious operation at Enloe Hospital. But, between the surgeon and prayer he got well and resumed his life.
I was so thankful and grateful. I wanted to do something special to please and thank God. What came to my mind was that God is always pleased when his people are taken car of. So...the egg salad sandwiches got started.
With love to all, and enjoy!
Jeanette
(Ed: If she does nothing else but supply egg salad sandwiches, I'll be a happy camper... but she does more.)
