The Center On the Radio????

Our Center for Spiritual Awareness is currently underwriting two programs on KZFR, Chico each Monday morning.  “Native Song”,  6—8 am  and “Woody & Friends”, 9—11:30 am.

Our Board of Trustees is considering sponsoring a  program that Rev. Andy would deliver each week.  The contents would center around metaphysical topics, guest speakers, and metaphysical music.

 

KZFR has a great website that you can tune into and listen to programs and music, etc.

BOARD HAPPENINGS:


The first State of the Center meeting was held Sunday, Oct. 5th and was well attended.  An update on the progress of the integration of the International and United Churches of Religious Science which is taking place currently and what is involved with this process.  The Financial Plan for the Center was presented.  Rev. Andy talked about where we have been and the positive direction the Center is taking.  2009 is a year of excitement, activity and growth.  I know you will ALL want to be a part of this Center of Light.

 

Oct. 18th the Board of Trustees traveled to the Ananda Center in Nevada City for a retreat.  This was a day spent in spiritual growth on a personal level and to embody the philosophy of each member individually and collectively which is important as the leadership of the Center.
